Headache Relieving Iced Tea

Peppermint and chamomile are both soothing herbs that can help alleviate headaches and promote relaxation. Lemon juice provides a refreshing burst of flavor and can help boost the immune system. Honey or agave nectar provide natural sweetness without the use of refined sugar.

Step 1: In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

Step 2: Remove the pot from the heat and add the peppermint tea and chamomile tea bags to the water.

Step 3: Let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4: Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.

Step 5: Add the lemon juice and honey or agave nectar to the tea and stir until the sweetener dissolves.
