Herbal Headache Infusion

Step 1: In a large teapot or heat-proof bowl, combine the dried lavender flowers, chamomile flowers, and peppermint leaves.

Step 2: Pour the boiling water over the herbs and let the mixture steep for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3: Strain the infusion through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

Step 4: If desired, add honey or agave nectar to the infusion and stir until the sweetener dissolves.

Step 5: Divide the infusion into 2 cups and sip slowly.
