Onion Juice

Onions contain a flavonoid called quercetin, which has anti-inflammatory properties. This can help with relieving ear pain or swelling.

Step 1: Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.

Step 2: In a blender, puree the onion and water until smooth.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 4: Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

Step 6: Add honey, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper to the strained mixture.

Step 7: Mix well and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Step 8: Drink 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture every few hours to help alleviate cough and cold symptoms.
