Turmeric Milk

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and is commonly used in Indian cuisine and traditional medicine. The warm milk can also help soothe a sore throat and provide some relief from discomfort. Honey can also help soothe a sore throat and add a touch of sweetness to the drink. Note: If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy, you can use almond milk or another non-dairy alternative instead. Also, if your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult a doctor.

Step 1: Heat the milk in a small pot over medium heat.

Step 2: Add the turmeric powder and whisk well to combine.

Step 3: Let the milk simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4: Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down for a few minutes.

Step 5: If desired, add honey to taste and stir well.

Step 6: Drink the turmeric milk slowly while it's still warm.
